1 Week has gone

Sorry for the late update of blog, cos when to swiss for a week and follow by some clean up of Malcolm house, pretty messy and dirty....

So continue from where i have stopped....

When we reach Ludwigshafen was already quite late and camera battery life running low, didn really take a lot of photos..... Just went straight to our new home, staying there for the next 5 months....

Right the next day we went around the placeThe brick colored building is the place where we will be staying for the next 5 months!!

Then we went for a sumptous breakfast, it was a buffet at here:
the drinks is free flow, just 4 cups of coffee, cuppacino or tea is enough to cover up our expenses here, haha. We all eat till more than 本钱, haha, think the boss may blacklist us.....

Then after that, went to the bank, open an account, then went to ludwigshafen town hall to do our resident permit, but failed to do so as it was at some other places.... top up the pre-paid card.. and some other admin stuffs

After all admin stuffs are done, we went for ice-cream!!! Malcolm recommended us a spaghetti-ice, indeed, it was a nice one *_* cant find in singapore, discuss about maybe patent it in singapore.... hmmm not a bad idea..... below is the photo take


Under the berries is the vanilla ice-cream, it is made in such a way that the ice-cream looks like a plate of spaghetti... We discuss about probably we can come out with Mee-pok ice in singapore, all kinds of noodles come out, we even think out of the box, forget about noodles, go for satay ice... hahaha

Later around 6+, we meet up with another 2 singaporeans, Azman and Xiao Ling for dinner. Azman is studying a Diplomin, something offer in german, is a qualification equivalent to Masters in Germany. And Xiao Ling is a student of NUS, going for Masters, Chemical Eng. We actually intend to have our dinner there but .... it was closed... so bo bian.... we went to try out some german foods..

Overall is not bad, and tried out some german beer...

Then right after then meal, Azman gotta rush for his trams to Mannhiem as he don live in ludwigshafen.... then we walk home with Xiao Ling... Once we reach home, did some emailing and msn... That's it for the day, and anitcipating for the next day as we are going to Switzerland!!!!!!!!!!!

And now is the switzerland section, haha

We took train all the way from Ludwigsafen to mannhiem to basel, some photos on the way to basel and at basel train station....







Then further move from basel to Luzern....




And finally we reach Luzern. The words Luzern means lion, that is all i know.... We are to wait here for an hour plus plus plus.... for the a ferry to bring us across a lake in siwss.... Luzern is quite a pretty city....
















Then after resting at Kuzern, we went to do some shopping in supermarket, to buy some foods later eat on ferry as we are taking ferry to Stansstad....

Then go Stans, the place where our farm stay will, but didn stop long at there as we are going to Engelberg.. the scenery is very pretty....
